Sharing items with team members
Learn how to effectively share items with your team members and ensure everyone is using the same passwords.
When you share items using Password Boss, you can choose recipients from the list of users on your team or from the list of groups your admin has created.
Selecting users and groups from your team as share recipients

Create or edit a new share and select the items you want to share.
- In the Recipient field, select from your team's list of users and/or groups.
- Select the user(s) or group(s), choose the permissions, click Add
4. Click Save Share.
5. Recipient will receive an email stating they have a New Shared Item

Create or edit a new share and select the items you want to share.
- On the recipient's screen tap the user(s) or group(s) you want to add as a recipient.
- Tap Next.

Enter a name and a duration for the share.
- Tap Save Share.
