Creating a Share in Web App

1.  Login to Password Boss web ap at https://app.passwordboss.com
2. Click on the Share icon.
3.  Click on the Add Share button.
4.  Choose Personal or Business Profile.
5.  Select the secure item(s) or folder(s) to share.
6. Click the Next button.                                                         
7. Enter the name of the share, within the indicated line for example, “ABC Company Share” or “Marketing Team Passwords.”
8. Under Recipients & Permissions, click on the magnifying glass and start entering the email addresses of the recipients or groups that you want to share passwords with.
9. Under Permission, you have the option to choose Read, Invisible, or Editor.
10.  If you require a password share to have an end date, please enter the date you want the share to end under the How Long Should The Items Be Shared? option.
11. Click the Save Share button when you are done.

Creating a share on desktop

1. Open Password Boss.
    
2. From the left menu choose Share Center.
    
3. Click on the orange circle to create a new Share.   
   
    
4. The New Shared Item window will open.
    
5. Select the profile you want to share items from.
    
6. Check the box next to each item or folder you want to share.  
   
   
    
7. Click Next.
    
8. Enter a Name for the Share, add recipients, pick a duration, and click Share item.  
   
   
    
9. The recipient can then open the Share Center and on the Shared with Me tab they can Accept or Decline the Share.

Creating a share in iOS

1. Open Password Boss.
    
2. From the bottom menu tap More  
   
    
3. Tap Share Center.
    
4. Tap the green and white circle  
   
    
5. Tap Individual Items or Entire Folder.
    
6. Tap the items you want to share.  
   
   
    
7. Tap Next.
    
8. Enter a Name for the Share, add recipients, pick a duration, and tap Share item.  
   
   
    
9. The recipient can then open the Share Center and on the Shared with Me tab they can Accept or Decline the Share.

Creating a share in Android

1. Open Password Boss.
    
2. From the top left tap the menu icon 
   
    
3. Tap Share Center.
    
4. Tap on the orange circle 
   
    
5. Tap Individual Items or Entire Folder.
    
6. Tap the items you want to share. 
   
   
    
7. Tap Next.
