Why didn't my approval prompt a notification to the user?

While the timer is active, the Agent operates in "fast-talk" mode, ensuring immediate responses to your approval or denial of requests from the user. However, there are some nuances to be aware of:
-
Real-Time Response: During the timer's operation, user requests trigger immediate responses.
-
Out-of-Timer Approvals/Denials: Approvals, denials, or rule changes made outside the timer window or with the timer disabled are picked up the next time the Agent checks in to the server, typically on a 10-minute interval. Alternatively, they're executed when another UAC event triggers communication.
- Subsequent UAC Events: If the next UAC event is for the same request, it will elevate based on the new rule. This might appear as if no notification was provided. In such cases, users should allow some extra time for the Agent to check in.
Customize Timer
You can customize timers from the Settings tab in the AutoElevate portal under "Timer Interval" to suit your preferences and needs.
